can sumone plz make me a sig and/or avatar

Avatar:
hopefully a .gif
that spells my screen name
and has a background of the
avatar i have at the moment

Sig:
background of a nice car, carmen electra, or sumthing with family guy
has my name of course
with a color theme of blue (my fav color)

if any more info is needed feel free to ask
thanks in advance to anyone who gives me either of these
