youtube videos are processing will be up in a second. I'm done with it, source is attached. Further descriptions will be up later.
Please do understand my videos aren't too great. This one was not planed well and I really do need to talk louder.

Part 1: Loading a url with webrequests.
Part 1-2: I had to split part one due to youtube time constraints. Mostly just dealing with, what if the user inputs bad data.
Part 2: Using a thread to prevent freezes.
Part 3: Adding multi-threading support.
Part 4: Adding a randomized delay.

All the videos should be working and live. I'd suggest high quality due to the fact that it is a computer screen I'm recording.

It may be Youtube or whatever, but about halfway into the first video, your voice goes out of sync with the video.

This is a good started tutorial, I enjoyed it, you could have spoken louder but still excellent.

Im beginning to go into coding, I never knew where to start or what to use, thank you for the incentive.

What do you do about cross threading errors, I didn't see you use a delegate or anything.. didnt watch the whole thing yet

ex:
Cross-thread operation not valid: Control 'label1' accessed from a thread other than the thread it was created on.

So, wth. If you build and debug a program and get that error, you can just start the program without debugging and it will work just fine. Is the error just a warning really, and its bad practice to have cross thread operations like that or what?

I didn't see you use delegates or anything, and I am barely familiar with delegates, so thats why I was curious.

Add this to the constuctor.

Code:

Control.CheckForIllegalCrossThreadCalls = false;

I was too lazy to code delegates and this usually works just fine. As for a new tutorial, I might be filming one on Friday.
