I don't know, hoping someone can find out. I see there is a 39$ membership fee, which leads me to believe it is, but u can also pay it with paypal, so thats leads me to think maybe not a scam. The site is Top-Paying-Surveys this isn't a refferal as i haven't signed up, but if someone could find out if this is legit, it would help out the whole Cheating Network

I was a fool for paying to get paid

I joined this site hoping I would be able to make money quickly. I paid the membership fee, hoping I would at least get it back through payout. I was completely wrong. All the surveys on this site I had taken before on other free sites or I had seen them before in other survey sites. I then realized, was I paying to take surveys that I could have found for free somewhere else? I did not want to believe it and tried taking surveys anyway. To my disappointment, I found that I had a difficult time attempting to get qualified for surveys. I always had horrible luck with surveys for companies, and I only had qualified for two from the entire list of essays I did. I barely made any money back. I actually did not make enough to cash out. I quit the site because I was really angry that I actually paid $40 for taking surveys, which I could have done for free elsewhere.

Exactly. Never pay money to make money when it comes to surveys. All these people do is compile a list of surveys that you can find on your own for free. Don't pay for a list of surveys.

Never ever pay for a list of online survey sites. To many people show you realy good list's for free.
