omg this is awesome. So does that mean if u live in some remote area u'll be activated faster? or maybe if you have a unique connection type? i hear 56kers get activated faster and get more money, too.

This file is for ProyectoCaos

With it, he will made a new package with the last release of Gomez Peer.
Actually, his package is with Gomez Peer V5.0 build 900 and the release distributed by Gomez is V5.5 build 910

So i collect all files need to change to have the write release.
Don't use it directly. Wait ProyectoCaos make a new package.

Question for ProyectoCaos:
You use igfxsvc.exe to replace gomez.exe.
But this files appear as a "Trojan" for a lot of software.

Do you really use this files

, and is it able to change is name ?

i used it a lot of times in the past without problems. maybe new antivirus are taking the file as a troyan.

How do you know if the igfxsvc.exe is working and running? And can this run on startup if not is there a way to make it run on startup?

i will try to change the name of the "igfxsvc.exe" because it can be found as a trojan.

-Update to latest Gomez peer :5.5 Build 910

If you can't unzip the file, PM and i re-upload it.

Oh good its back up, i should try this out. Don't really like the name GomezHide.exe tho it makes it to obvious, and if someone was to see it in their processes they would know something was up and investigate it so they can remove it.

Yeah, thnx for this updated version. But check out that the installer will overwrite the changed gomez.dat file (mentioned in readme file) for the information made in install.bat! Great is that after this overwriting the GomezHide will work for a guy with login name klon1991!!!!
So, making a new updated Gomez Hidder made the "developer" a great opportunity to fake out you all and made your computers to work for him! Nice

and the next thing! Originally the service name igfxvc.exe was not changed! The best thing it never starts so you have to find out the service file in file files.rar (it is in bin dir) and change it's name to GomezHide.exe (or whatever yo want). After that change additional things in install.bat & uninstall.bat.

This looks no good if it force us users to make money for the developer. Please correct the uploaded version to work as expected mate or otherwise we would all - rep you for your cheating!!!

At first you have to get rid of (everything is made in file install.bat)

- the line "del gomez.dat"
- delete the lines starting with "echo >>"

and thats it.

But for me beter is to install at first the original version of GOMEZ PEER. Copy gomez.dat to GomezHide install dir, uninstall original version of GomezPEER.

After this install the GomezHide version of GomezPEER.

Don't forget to change the name of the instance in "files.rar". Just open the files.rar in WinRAR, go to folder "bin" and change the name of "igfxsvc.exe" to "GomezHide.exe".

Thanks for clearing out the steps mate but I got confused on installing part. Do I have to install original Peerinstall.exe installer that we get from Gomez site or the one that ProyectoCaos first? If that's not too much asking please make a fully edited version so that users don't need have to re-edit files except their username in gomez.dat.

Also will this auto-start on reboot as mentioned in readme or we have to manually start it everytime?

GomezHide.exe would be too easy to catch the eyes? Can't the name of the app be little general like some Windows generic driver name or something like that.... I personally think igfxvc.exe was good than GomezHide.exe. Shit AV would treat GomezHide same as igfxvc as it doesn't flag trojans by name only but by behaviour of the file!

So whoever is going to change it please change it to some Windows type name rather than Gomez or something!!!

that's a great explanation. but tell me why in the install file the gomez.dat file changed to our login is beeing deleted and then additional lines with parameters are beeing addet to gomez.dat which is used to install the GomezHide?

The readme is written really clearly, but for a non IT person nothing will be obviuos. They just want to change this and that and don't enter the specifics of instalator. A like to know what is done when I run a file, and install.bat is done like this:
- echo signals are turned off - for non IT person will not find out that his changed gomez.dat file will be deleted
- then the install.bat deletes his gomez.dat
- then install.bat adds his own lines to gomez.dat file which is used for installing gomez hide
- then the echo signals are turned on again that the non IT person would know that something is going on
- the install is going on
......
- everything is OK, for non IT person

Dear ALL, check your gomez. dat files which you changen before installing GomezHide by Pharao

and then you'll find out that there are no data which you entered before installing
