If you're not activated the best thing you can do is wait it out. The customer's decide what region and what connection they want to test with

Normally, you would have to run one GomezPeer application on multiple VM's (Virtual Machines) or multiple computers. This exploit makes it to you can run multiple Gomez apps on one computer. Dunno how it works, but it definitely works.

First, what you wanna do is have an account at Gomez, and have downloaded the Peer Application already.

If you don't have a GomezPeer account, and want to be awesome, use this link and sign up:

After you download, install and run the GomezPeer app, quit out of the app and download this file:

MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

Then follow the instructions in the file to overwrite the two .jar files.

After the overwrite, start the GomezPeer app again. If you just click the GomezPeer icon twice, you'll get the "GomezPeer is already running" error.

Make sure you have the latest .NET Framework before doing this.

In order to run two or more GomezPeer apps, here's what you do:
1. Ctrl+Alt+Del into the task manager> Processes > GomezPeer.exe> End Process.
2. Double click the GomezPeer icon, whereever you have it stored (Mine is in my start menu)
3. A popup should say "You can run two or more applications. CRACKED by blahblahblah."
4. If you want to run more than two, repeat steps 1-3, for however many you want.

To verify that you are, indeed, running more than one go back into Task Manager>Processes and scroll down until you see "java.exe" as a process. If you see more than one java.exe process, you are running more than one GomezPeer app.

And for all the lazies that don't want their computer to lag with Java:

[RELEASE] JavaKill for GomezReload

There ya go. Then you can use NetLimiter on them and whatnot.

If you're running the 5.5 build 910 version of Gomez Peer, the crack DOES work. After installing the Gomez Peer App, let it run for about an hour and let it update the kernel. Then soft-quit out of the application, over write the files and re-run it.

Steps to soft-quit:
1. Right click Gomez icon in System Tray (lower right hand corner of your desktop)
2. Select "Quit"

Another workaround is to install Gomez in a separate directory and run it from there.

Downloaded the torrent, overwrote the files in the ext folder where the originals were but no box comes up saying able to run more than one......

You don't need to use a proxy. It says right on their website you can have multiple computers, which would be in the same area/connection, plus I've gotten paid using a VM.

Another question, for both does it give the same Machine Name?

As in, when you run them all at once do they all have the same Machine Name in the box? Might be suspicious.

hmm i meant in terms of referral bonuses, but i guess there would be no reason if you could run multiple yourself.

Except money made while not activated does not roll over to the next month, that's where they get you.

Yes. Just leave it going.

EDIT: Did the exploit. I guess when you x out of the GUI the other processes just run under java.exe? Because I've got 3 going right now but when I bring back up the GUI it only shows one, and there is only one icon in the tray.

You have to end the gomezPeer.exe process and then run it again before that box pops up.

They do have the Same Machine name, but I ran it on a network where all the computers were named "DHS-01" and I still got credited.

Not if you use NetLimiter. But it doesn't slow down my PC at all, partially because I have 6 gigs of RAM and a quad core cpu.

NetLimiter is not required, but it's a good tool if you feel that your Internet is slowed by running so many peers.

You over write the files with the same name.

In the X:\Program Files\Gomez\GomezPEER\jre\lib\ext\ folder. (Where X is your drive letter)

Just drag from the zip file, to the ext folder and hit replace.
