I think it would be a good idea, cause a lot of people have been here a while and are not like mod or admin or anything (hint hint) but are also almost empty on their paypal...I was relle hoping there would be a way to get a free sub or just cheaper cause I dunno bout others but I am starting to not be able to afford this...

If you really want to be a sub, you will find a way to do it. Whether that means partnering up with another member and doing a trade or doing something special or borrowing a friend's PayPal... There's always a way, this isn't needed.

If you have no paypal money
consider joing sites such as Cashlagoon, GpTreasure, Getpaidtoo
they pay in paypal, or you can try sites like Rewards1, Prizerebel, Free PrizeSite
they give you giftcards--hint order Ebay Gcs, use in paypal they are cash

I am sure chewy is willing to take them as well, but ask him before trying that, it will take less than half hour to get $10 on an of these sites

I don't remember it being a requirement to have 50 giftcards to donate to a forum. You do need a little bit of time and effort to get a tiny bit of money to donate, true, but you don't have to be rich.

but then people get the wrong impression of what you meant.
cause it could be negative, ie: spamming..but then again thats noticeable to people who are chalk full of common sense.

why not have an incentive to post more good ideas?
and i truely dont believe that the sub has anymore good ideas than whats posted on the regular board.

hell, my ideas dont make it to the board cause most of you "cheaters" lack motivation.
ie: if its not on the computer, its not an option.

i love this forum, but damn why do people here lack common sense...
