Something for new members
EX:
CN lingo
how to post pics in your post
how to setup your signatures/ avatar

With this thread other thread discussions would not be interrupted with nonrelated questions

Sadly, I would probably be one of the people asking some of the questions, but I think it would be a good thing. I always hate feeling like wasting someone's time in what would seem like a more important area.

Honestly, 90% of the questions asked can be solved with the forum search function, common sense, or Googling. It's not that hard, everyone can do it, why can't they?
