It doesn't take too much to even come up with a few educated posts, and how can they be banned for that?

I say just don't be stupid when you buy. New users need a way to get reputation. We were all noobs once here!

Or we could require everyone who signs up to provide a valid home address (verified of course) and then if they scam someone we could hire mercenaries to hunt them down and kill them.

There are more ways for noobs to get rep eventho rep means nothing.

- Buying
- giving advice
- posting deals/freebies
- making a bot
- new exploit
- making more accounts and repping themselves

People can change.

But doing something like this is just to an extent which is too far in my opinion.

I, in the begining was not a high posting decent rep user.

We have moderators and administrators for a reason. To check users ip's and posts.

If they happen to miss something or there's nobody available then there is a report button users can press and you can write what the issue is, so when the moderators and administrators are online they can see what has happened.

My point is that everyone here could be a scammer or spammer. It can happen in a matter of seconds. I say give noobs a chance, if they sound even the slightest bit sketchy don't deal with them.
Don't just ignore people with negitive rep, find out how they got it, this could mean checking out their posts ect.

I agree with all of this. We have a very good BST area and there is no reason to be neutering new members. The staff is here of a reason.

yeah its more of a dont be dumb and buy stuff with the possibility of getting scammed

at first nobody trusted me, but I sold things and gave first so that I would not be able to scam and become more trusted...and now im fine
