this is kind of ironic because most people pay there subscriptions with there own verified paypal account.
and jeff the method he uses involves a social security number of which most minors don't have unless the one is the subscribers section is the same it is better.

I heard there's a fee though for using their site. Can anyone verify if it's true or not?

The only way I know of getting a bank account online is through getting a reloadable credit card through a site. Depending on the site there are fees on keeping the account usually between $10 and $20. A few months back I searched for over an hour to find a site like this that was free, I didn't find any. So if you did this with a a site like accountnow or netpay or w/e your paying $10 a month. Even if you put a fake address they have full authority to take money out of your paypal. Just google the accountnow or net/pay/buy or what the site is with the word scam after it. People did the same thing think "nowai free paypal verifaction!!11" and got owned.

But if this method doesn't involve using a netpay account thing or accountnow don't bother reading the above.

This is probably for a second paypal. Most people have just a premier account. This would allow you to do the smart thing and get an additional personal account. I might actually buy a sub for this.......

See the post above you. It costs no money at all.

As for the questions about needing paypal for a sub. You can have an unverified paypal with a credit card. You have some sending capabilities but, it's not the same as verified. I for a long time just had a credit card on my account.

Well I'm gonna post my guide to verifying paypal for free

1. Find a bank with free checking
2. Open an account
3. Add the numbers on the check to your paypal account
4.Wait 3-5 days
5. Write down the amount of the 2 depoists.
6. ?????
7. Profit

Costs $0.00
