How exactly does this have less of a chance of being flagged? Better yet, what makes this better than ICHC?

It has less of a chance as it skips many more flagged puzzles than ICHC does. It also is better due to it being faster. It is somewhat more efficient with the bots. Running at 0 delays you can max an account in about a minuet if you have a decent internet connection.

2. would ne1 want to buy me a subscription for a cl account botted on clx 1.11 (b4 my sub ended) at 150 delay at around 20k i beleive

Thats probably the delay for the Daily Limit reset which is at 6PM CST
