I am looking for a program that will visit a page over and over again to raise the hit counter. Or even better a program that I can type multiple sites into for it to visit altogether. Thank you for any suggestions.

Umm..
Open Notepad
type this (no quotes)
"<iframe src=YOURWEBSITEHERE></iframe>"
you can type it multiple times for more visitation.

then File, Save as, visit.html

and INSTA Win with no programs..

You can also make a the iframe smaller or bigger with width and heigh attributes (px)
<iframe width=1 height=1 src=WEBSITE></iframe>

I wonder as well.

Also,Tab Mix Plus add-on for Firefox has a "Relod Every..." option, to reload a page every however many seconds you choose.
