Hopefully this is in the right section. Do any of you have any proxy software to reccomend? every one I seem to try is useless!

Well, i tried Ultrasurf, it gave the same IP after 4 or 5 server changes, and continued to do this.. i dont think they have much servers.. For now, even though hell slow, TOR seems to be the only thing which gives separate IPS all the time..
