I have a smal buisness of supply lunch tiffens to offices and now i want to built website of my business.
i need a web designer who can build a web site for me I have $10 to offer you.
website should be make on free website develpoers who doesn't charge any thing for web designing, hosting etc such as .
for this regard i have already collected the data and pictures you just need to put such data and pictures in website in prpoer manner

The average price for designing the website (of course based on its complexity) is around $70. Also, why does this look like a scam.

well, i said i have collected all the data and pictures, you dont need to do any thing just paste such data and build a website. if you are an expert it will not take more than an hour. so the $10 is not sufficient for an hour work?
could you please tell me who else on internet is offering $10 for an hour? PTC, PTP or paid forums who pays pennies

Do you mean you have all the code written out? Because building a website is much more than just an hours work. PM me the data and pictures and I'll see if I can do it for you. btw, what language do you expect this to be coded in. Also, building a website has nothing to do with PTC sites.

Yes i can tell you people who pay more than $10 an hour for webdesign. Proper employers. I could get a job on getafreelancer or similer, and get payed a lot more than that for my efforts.

Webdesign is a profession. Therefore it is done by professionals. Therefore its worth alot more than $10 an hour. I get payed more than that per hour for my job, and im 15 and washup in a pub.

I have some knowledge of webdesign. that is, i know photoshop, and i can code in html, php, and javascript. What i am not, is a professional, but i could produce a nice looking website.
I will do it for you, since i dought anyone else will. PM me the details, and ill see if i could make something quickly

I think you people are getting me wrong! because the free webs which am talking about such as www.webs.com - they don’t need any coding or complexity. I have been searching since yesterday and found a lot of websites and tried to build, in fact i was succeed to build the home page but got some difficulties it wasn’t look professional as well as i still haven’t succeed to make a second page. look I am completely blind in building a website and in a little time if i can make a home page so a person who is professional or a student of web designing it won't be difficult for him or her.
by the way i got one reply in my e mail and i have sent him the data and i believe if he has basic knowledge of web designing he'll definitely do the work in very short time

Web Designers do not use sites like webs.com.

Tell ya what, ill give you a .com domain, hosting, and ill design you a good looking, professional site that will do whatever you need it to do for $15 upfront, and $7 a month thereafter.
This is a good deal, and you will get a much better website that you will ever get on webs.com
I will even do my best to SEO (Searce engine optimise) your site so people find it through google, and your site will be much more appealing to customers

I will also help manage your site, and help monetize it.
