| The Halfinator | Alright so, I recently migrated from Vista to 7 and had to reinstall a lot of software, part of which was WinRAR. The way I had it set up before, after I extracted an archive through the shell integration(right click>extract), it would automatically delete the archive. Now that I'm on 7 however I can't seem to find the option for this. I can't remember at all how I set it up and it really bothers me having to highlight and delete the archives after I unpack them. Anybody know what I'm missing?

| Senior Member | Extract an archive and when the settings box shows up go to the advanced tab and change "delete archive" from never to always. Save the settings and it should be good.

| The Halfinator | Thank you, I don't understand why they wouldn't have that option anywhere on the preferences page or anything but it worked. I had it set before but I had totally forgotten where that setting was at.
