Okay so right now, IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢m trying to rip off songs from YouTube using http://www.flv2mp3.com/ but every time I try to get a song (from Youtube thatÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s only like 3 or 4 minute song) when I go and open the downloaded version itÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s like 20-30minutes long. It's usually just the same song playing over and over again. Idk what the fuck is happeningÃ¢â‚¬Â¦?

At first I thought my Internet was too fast. (My wireless connection is 54 Mbps) But now idk what the hell is it's problem.

Any suggestions? Are there any other programs I could use that won't give me this problem?

try vixy.net, its much easier, no programs needed
make sure u select the mp3 option

Okay so I tried that site and it said 'Resolving the Video URL' for like five minutes....

Is it supposed to be taking this long?

I think I can put you into the right direction.. You can try to download YouTube to MP3 Converter from this website..

http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/free-dvd-video-software.htm

It should work as I have used the program many times.

1 way to solve this problem, download limewire or any other p2p, or just get utorrent and download torrents. Download any song you want click of a button no problems.

Yeah but they don't always have what I'm looking for.

Like certain LIVE versions of songs or interviews.

1) download:
greasemonkey ff addon
Download YouTube Video III
2) install
3) get and use flv converter [FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod Converter]
4) use 2nd converter to convet to audio file [vegas pro 8/wmm]

thats how i do it

Replay Media Catcher

Works good for streaming media. Make sure you don't get the trial..you can easily fine..ya. I use this program for just about anything songs, videos, etc.

Download Audacity and install it, then just click Record MP3/Wave or "What you Hear" as one of the options then go to Effects and select Amplify then click OK and don't change the default number. It'll be at normal MP3 quality and you can record an entire song off of YouTube or just a portion of the song then edit it or just save as normal.

To save as MP3 you need a .dll Lame file which I have the right version so Just PM me if you want this.

Get TubeHunter, its the easiest thing everrrr.. when it detects a video or song on the internet it comes up asking if you want to download it.

If you use vixy.net and leave the Youtube video open and loaded in another tab, that usually helps me when vixy.net is being difficult.
