i keep getting this error when trying to delelte this file. I restarted and still cant delete it

Did you try booting on safe mode?

End Processes and then delete them?

Or close explorer.exe and delete them in dos.

Look up a program called FileAssassin. Then drag the files you want to delete onto it. It works perfectly for me.

i get this error when using file assasin The file you have specified dose not exist or is not visible to FileASSASSIN. Please select another file.

Unlocker is my utility of choice for deleting, renaming or moving locked files.

file shreader says it works but the icons are still there
