mjhasbach's Xbox 360 and PSP Modding Service

I have experience modding both the Xbox 360 and PSP. Prices are negotiable, but it needs to be enough to cover shipping + labor. Service will be quick, and I will make sure I have your console modded before I request payment. I can also put Apps/Plugins/Portals/Homebrew Games on your PSP.

EDIT: Because of success with helping Crinklypaper mod his PSP over AIM, I am now going to make this service available to others, for a price (negotiable). As for 360 assistance over AIM, this may be available, but due to certain hardware requirements, many members will be ineligible for guidance over AIM.

Notes:

360 Customers: If at all possible, ship the DVD drive instead of entire system. It will save both of us shipping.

I can also link to a guide if needed.

PSP Customers: If you want any Apps/Plugins/Portals/Homebrew Games installed on your PSP, you must ship a Memory Stick Pro Duo also. I would suggest always including a memory stick with a PSP-2000, because there is always a chance it will have a TA-088v3 motherboard (See PSP Technical Information).

What can you do with a Modded Xbox 360?
-Play copied/backed up/downloaded 360 games. For more info, PM me.
-Play the copies safely on Xbox Live with the provided IXtreme 1.6 firmware. (Note, game rips should be run through software like abgx360 prior to burning as an added level of security)

What can you do with a Modded PSP?
-Play backed up/download PSP games.
-Play backed up/downloaded PS1 (PSX) games.

Xbox 360 Technical Information:
-I can mod any type of 360 drive.
-Drives will be flashed with IXtreme 1.6 firmware
-Drives will be flashed with a PCI SATA card based on the VIA VT6421 chipset
-This obviously voids the warranty on your 360, as it requires me to access the inside which breaks Microsoft seals.

PSP Technical Information:
-Currently modding PSP-1000 and PSP-2000 only. If you don't know what kind of PSP you have, check the sticker at the base of the PSP.
-Modded using a Pandora Battery and MMS.
-Flashed with 5.00 M33-6 firmware unless otherwise requested.
-If your PSP-2000 happens to have the "unhackable" TA-088v3 motherboard, I will put ChickHEN R2 and Custom Firmware Enabler on your PSP. (Requires a Memory Stick Pro Duo to be shipped with PSP). Technical information available through PM on request.

Well. Yes and no.

They haven't been able to write to the PSP-3000's flash0; however, they have this program called ChickHEN, that exploits the PSP's RAM through the use of a .tiff image. This program allows you to do basically everything that a traditionally modded PSP can do, the only downside is the fact that you have to re-apply the hack every time the PSP turns off (not sleep mode)

Just FYI. I have an "unmoddable" PSP-2000 with a TA-088v3 motherboard (which is basically like having a PSP-3000) and I use ChickHEN & love it.

Anyway, if you're asking me if I can mod your PSP-3000, then yes, I can use the method mentioned above.

Yes, actually it has to be exactly 5.03. Thats the firmware version that can be exploited with ChickHEN R2. If you have a lower firmware version you can update it to 5.03 otherwise you're screwed until they come out with a new exploit.

The 5.03 firmware+ChichHEN is only needed for unflashable PSP-2000s and 3000s. If you have one of these PSPs with >5.03 firmware, then you can't downgrade and you're out of luck until they come up with a new solution.

Downgrading with a Pandora battery only works with flashable PSPs. (NOT the PSP-2000s with the TA-088v3 motherboard or PSP-3000s)

You're looking to buy a 360 drive? I'm not selling any. I have a few I keep as backups in case I have to replace a customer's drive.
