I'm offering a middleman service for free.

Basically this is how it will go:

1. Seller sends me the account(s) information.

2. I confirm that it is what the buyer wants and I change the password.

3. Buyer sends the money to the seller and he confirms that he received it.

4. I give the buyer the account information.

This will reduce the amount of scams here which is a real problem these days.

We do, I suggested it but it never fell through because people thought the MM could get scammed.

Yeah. I see these alot on gaming forums and such and they help out alot. We just need to make sure the mm's we have are trustworthy and don't turn around and scam because I have seen it happen on other sites.

Yeah that is pretty sad when someone is trusted like that and they turn out to be a scammer.

A middleman should be mandatory for New Member trying to sell.

Yeah and after a few people are trusted as middlemen maybe Chewy can make it official which would eventually end the scamming.

Yea. We need to try to limit it too 5-10 people at the most. Because everyone will prolly start trying to be a secret middleman and scam them. We need a sticked topic on official ones and before they can post in market they have to read over it.

They would probably need a different name color so that way the other users know exactly who to talk to.

Middleman + Paypal = Not a good idea hitman. Now you would be scammed instead of the other user. You confirm you have the money, the other person ships me my 360 or whatever and I file a chargeback and you are SOL.

Also with physical items, no one wants to pay extra shipping.

This could only be good with accounts or other virtual items.

This service is intended for accounts only. I don't deal with paypal either.
