I have a fat version PSP, its black, its practically brand new, the only scratches on it are scratches that you can only see in the bright light. The version on the PSP is 3.71 M33. Heres a list on the things that you can get

*Phat Black Model PSP with FW 3.71 M33 in EXCELLENT condition
*256 MB Memory Stick Pro Duo
*Battery
*Battery Charger
*Charger Stand, also a great stand for watching movies
*Initial D: Street Stage UMD Game, its in Japanese but its gurantee to work on the PSP, it also has an English Manual
*1 USB Cable

I sold mine that had twice as much stuff as you are offering for around 130...you aren't going to get that much for it...also, how can you only accept checks? that sounds scammy...

Checks b/c I dont have a credit card.. My solo post b/c of the BAN act that is happening right now in bommertowne. and thanks for the info.. i guess i might have to lower it down a little.

anyway to do this legit just:
seller + buyer get on AIM
seller lists PSP buy it now on eBay and sends a link to buyer right away
buyer buys, pays
seller ships
if seller scams, seller is screwed

outside of ebay = no protection
