Yes, as long as its the latest release version and not a beta.

I can vouch for Sullivan that these are 100% genuine keys from Microsoft. These are for build 7600, which is the final release of Windows 7 aka retail.

I would buy these asap and not think to much. Yes, I was doing the same deal has him, but found I was able to make more money selling them on ebay. Windows 7 for $10, that is a no brainer. Just download the OS from a torrent and you are all set.
