This Wii is softmodded via twilight hack

and the backup loader is WiiGator .3Gamma Loader via disk

Current Firmware: 3.4 but upon request i can upgrade to 4.0 safely.
Homebrew: There is a NES and SNES EMulator installed, but i havnt really messed with that, and ofcouse homebrew channel n browser.
No Starfall but i have Bootmii.

Yea you can play modded games without a modded console via Twilight hack like ap0091 mentioned. Anyways this is a good deal, and if you don't have a wii, you buy this one

You have to watch out for new games and new firmwares that Ninty puts out. Also you have to be really up to date on the latest Wii Scene news so you know not to update a certain way.

You just basically have to be really attentive to Twiizer's blog/GBATemp/various other homebrew maker's sites.

You just have to make sure you dont keep updating the firmware.. like Ryutso said, if you want to upgrade the firmware make sure you check on other websites and verify that people have done it.. and then follow their tutorials.
