Couple things you might want to state.

Is this your account or is it phished? Seems like it's phished ;0

And also the fact that whoever buys this account can't use those two games that have been downloaded already on their personal LIVE accounts, only the account they are buying here in the thread. However spending the points to get stuff on the marketplace while using the account on your xbox should license it all to your hardware.

It is 100% my account. Freshly made. 2 weeks old at the most.

And I believe you can play the arcade games as long as you have this account on your xbox 360.

You just re download and play on any other Gamertag.

this is true as that is how I used the microsoft points from the giveaway months ago. I don't know if it can be done with all DLC content (i believe it can for most games though) but it can be used with themes, arcade games, and original xbox games

I used this account to download those arcade games and I played them on my main gamertag.

If you think I phished this account, part proof is that part of the name is from my main gamertag.

Since you've already downloaded the content onto your 360, it's given the licensing for those games to that 360 Hardware. Sure you can redownload them on the New 360, But you can only play them on this GT as I stated in my post above.

Sure you can transfer licenses, but that will only allow you to play them on DaKillas account while offline. It's explained on Xbox.com.

The points however is what this account is worth. You can spend the points while on your 360 and you'll be able to use whatever you download across all accounts.

Keep this in mind while buying,

Well duh, lol. You can play the arcade games on any 360 as long as an account thats purchased them is playing them, regardless if the content is licensed to the xbox or not, it's linked to the account. I dunno how many people will feel like playing those two arcade games on your silver account on their 360.

Make sense? I Certainly wouldn't

. Don't think you'll be getting 55$ for this either.

I played the arcade games on my main gamertag before. And went and play online with the gamertag too.

When someone recovers this account onto their xbox and downloads one of the arcade games, they'll be able to play it ONLINE on YOUR account that YOU ARE SELLING. If they use the license tool, they can then play it offline too, but only on YOUR account. They won't be able to play it on any other account since it's all licensed to your hardware/xbox360.

With the first xbox that content is downloaded to, you can play the games from one account on all others. The content is licensed to both that Xbox and that gamertag.

Once you download it on another xbox, you can play it, but ONLY on that gamertag. The content is still licensed to the first Xbox. The only reason you can play it on another xbox is because you're using it on the gamertag, which is a secondary license.

Sadly I don't think so, I can't gurantee though. From reading through it, It say's it will allow the account to play it Online and Offline instead of just Online due to the fact that it needs to check the servers since the box isn't licensed. I don't think the license tool will distribute it across all accounts though.

But your account is still good for points like I've been saying. If I were looking for some points, I'd buy your account as anyone can use the points to download, and license downloadable content from the marketplace to their xbox.

No need to double post by the way, we'll answer eventually.

And when you think about it, buying something canadian on a GPT site will cost less points.

as for the arcade game (along with any other DLC) you can go to the xbox website and is a license transfer and will transfer allow you to play with any account. You are only allow 1 transfer per 12months per console/gamertag(i dont remember which).

I had to do it with my Halo DLC when I sent my 360 in for the RROD and they sent me a refurb. They were suppose to do it for me so it wouldn't waste my transfer, but MS screwed up...
