Is this your site?...Forum has two posts, made by you trying to get referrals for your sites. That and a 'Buy one referral to any site for $10.00' thing are the only things I see on there...

I think it's fine to have ref links, but I never read the TOS, so I wouldn't know.

If you want a real website I suggest not using freehosting. It looks much much much less professional.
