20 via mail is very insecure If you don't provide insurance and certification.

Because USPS has the right to take that money out, and keep it to themselves. You can't do nothing about it If they do....

Happened to me, and read stories about it online. I lost $130 because It wasn't certified and insured.

ya, this is 2008, no one actually sends money in envelopes. whenever i get envelopes with plain cash, it's because they just hand it to me. whenever i get something in the mail, it's always a check
