When I get verified on PayPal with a Visa GC, can I use the PayPal plugin to generate a PayPal CC and do an offer?

To use the plugin you need a bank account and credit card attached.

Only on some offers if they require it. There are some free offers but they're not worth as much as others. You just have to remember to cancel the trial on time so that you won't be billed. It helps to write them down.

Yes, you can use the paypal plugin on some offers. Again, just remember to pay attention to when the trial is over.

I suggest you do the lowest paying site since they're the easiest ones to do. If you give bogus info, they find out and your account gets put on hold I'm not paying.

Closing the card does absolutely nothing, they can still bill it again.

Most likely. But the paypal plugin requires a U.S. account and a bank account linked to the paypal.

They're trials and I always cancel them before I get billed for more than the trial.

If you cancel the next day you most likely will. If you cancel within a reasonable time though you won't be.
