Are you not getting the confirmation email? Check your spam folders.
Their support email is support@quickrewards.net and I have always found their support superb! I know Dmitry is on right now as I was just talking with him, so you might get a quick response if you send in an email right now. It has never taken me more than 24 hours to get a response, although I have found that their support staff is usually online at around 2AM-5AM EST.

I guess that would be okay. They never really crack down on that stuff unless you give them a reason to. Meaning they won't go out and ban you for having two accounts under the same IP unless you can get them to notice.
