Alright, I'm doing really well in answering the questions but I need more people to go Private under me. I'll only be paying $5 once you go private and received "Admin approval". I really only need 3 more but I may always need more. It will cost you nothing, I just need to send you an invite. I DON'T want people making multiple accounts to try and do this.

i doubt that would count because he had the offer after you became a referral ..

it's like buying that vibrator at walmart for $10

and it goes on sale the day after to $5, and you ask for $5 back =)
