You do need to phone verify the account, but they don't call you, except to send a PIN number, then they never call again (i hate telemarketers as much as anyone, so i made sure of it first)
Most offers dont need a cell phone, except for Flycell and a Jokes one.

And $20 for completing all free offers is fair. On most sites like getpaidto, they'd only pay about $10 for all those offers, I'm giving double.
Yes, in some cases giving more than 50% is good, such as extremely hard sites that require 2 credits, in which case 75-80% should be given... But this has to be the easiest site around.
