Received In The Mail Today

My Walmart was out of 360 so i took advantage of Best Buy's Price Matching and got the 360 and the giftcard there. Im gonna Buy MW2 and something else with the GC.

yea there still doing it till the 13th or the 15th i forget what date but if walmart doesnt have them go to best buy with an ad and say can they price match the xbox and the person might say it was a one day only sell and just say you just came from a walmart and an employee said it will last till the 13th and they should call and verify.

thx im glad i took advantage of it because my xbox got banned Friday and i was worried i wouldnt be able to play MW2 tuesday

They don't have to honor sale prices, but if it worked for you, congrats.

i know. The lady at best buy was talking to her manager for 5 mins to make sure. and finally came over with a 360.

Congrats! I'm really surprised that Best Buy matched the GC deal. I never even thought of trying that actually. Send your story in to the Consumerist... they love stories of Best Buy going "above and beyond" since their customer service usually sucks.
