Nope, definitely sweatshop made. They're just good at making it look like genuine Apple Headphones, but in reality, they are crap quality and have horrible bass response.

They look realer then the kockoffs, but does anywhere on there say they are Genuine Apple headphones and that they are a resller? No, therefore there fake.

Yeah. I got a Chinese 16GB touch screen mp4 player off ebay a while back for I think 30 bucks. I was trying to watch a movie I put on the player one day, and the damn thing froze up, and started initializing itself and then shut off. When I turned it back on, I tried to load the music player, and it shut off every time I tried. Then I tried to play a movie: it froze. It never came with a cd that had the firmware for it. I searched online for the firmware, and tried to install it. It never worked again. I then was pissed off and smashed it against a brick wall. Out 30 bucks. Won't EVER buy generic knock-offs again. PERIOD.
