Finally Got em today (wasn't home yesterday to sign for em) I had only anticipated the HDD, but I knew that 2 packages were coming to my city, I'm glad they were both mine

I just now realized I wrote the wrong date on the pic, oh well.

I got the hard drive and it sucks.. I actually needed one it doesn't recongnize on any of my computers.. It did the first time and thats it. So for people who got it, just resell it.

The hard drive rocks, I plug it into my Laptop and put all my torrent movies on it, and plug the HD into my Samsung DVD player and watch them really easily.

I agree with the above statement. It's small, quiet, and fast. On a bonus note if I want to upgrade to a bigger external, I've got a free enclosure to use (already have one for IDE, so now I guess I have one for Sata as well)

Ordered DVD player on 6/1/07. Checked the UPS tracking link from anther post last friday and it said that a 6.6 a 1.2, and a .6 pound item where to be sent in my area and I live in a very small area.

It stated ETA was 6/30/09 and shipping was around 6/26/09

I used CBX+ versions 1.4.1 and 1.4.5 updated.

Have not gotten the item nor the shipping confirmation e-mail yet? Any idea when I should be getting it as other have gotten the DVD players already and the last item I ordered from this account arrived (and was the only one to receive an item (only one item showed to be shiping to my area) on the cbxplus ups traking link at that time).

If a 360 takes 2.5, then ya, i think you should be able to open the enclosure on this with a screwdriver, but I am not sure.

Yeah it's the same as any other extenral with the 2 screw enclosure that can be removed fairly easily, already removed this one to make sure it was Sata, etc.

It's a great deal for the ticket price imo. My laptop only had a 40gb internal, so this is perfect for me

You can't just use any 2.5" with the 360 like you can the PS3. I believe it's a certain type of Western Digital that you need, but there may be another as well. You also need to do some stuff to the drive beforehand.

That happens with a lot of drives. You can fix it though computer manager though I believe.

edit: i dont think it has to do with the size, more with the format its in

if you wanna use it for the 360, format to hfs+

or fat32
cept fat32 has 4 gig limit
