I need a YouTube commenter where I can set many settings, add new accounts, change what the commenters say (with a random option).

as i said in brill301 and my YouTube RaTer thread, i will be making one just as u describe, unfortunately it will not be until i completely learn C#, which is what i am doing right now

i see, well, im learning as fast as i can, but i can't promise anything, im in college with a heavy workload, so learning a second programming language comes second.
