Yes, you can use this for just one site. However, I recommend using multiple sites because:
a) having tons of offers in pending usually leads to a lot less percentage crediting
b) When you find an offer that credits well, you can do it again on all the other sites
c) eventually you will run out of good offers to do on one site

One of the 44 virus scanners (DrWeb???) used called a false positive. This does happen sometimes. It's like when 9/10 dentists approve of Colgate.

I installed it and when I try to open the gpt suite, it keeps crashing. How can I get this to work?

It works and it's clean. Make sure to click tools>fireform options>simple or advanced setup
