go with an lcd i have one its about 62 inches use it for gaming and high def pretty awesome and way cheaper that a plasma

plasma has darker blacks and works well in dark rooms and lcd is pretty much the opposite.

plasma is great for sports and lots of moving objects.

if ur using for gaming, go lcd

if using as a tv and watching stuff, go plasma

i have a plasma, nice like 65 in. 1 or something like that, works great, i'm pretty sure lcd's r a little better tho
