Default Do you believe in god?

I believe in God and am a Muslim.

I suppose I shouldn't be doing all this bad shit.:angry7:

But I still think I am a good person.

Hopefully hell isn't for me.

So do you believe in a God?

edit: This is not a thread to convert, or bash any one's religion.

No, and these threads never help forums out. Always cause arguments since everyone has personal beliefs and opinions which you got to respect.

i fully belive that he could exist but i also belive that so can other gods. So its fair game.
but i belive that buddisim is the most practical religion seeing as how its all about perfecting ones self and enjoying life which all religions can abide by

That is why I kept my response simple by just saying "No" instead of going into detail why I don't believe in a god.
I try to respect peoples beliefs even if I don't agree with them but I do enjoy a friendly debate every once in awhile.

I believe in God.
I was raised catholic. I think all religions have their own perks and quarks. Asking if one believes in a supreme entity is not really the same as your religion.
If someone find what I am about to say controversial or offensive please pm me and I will take it down.
My reason for believing in a supreme entity is creation. I am not sure if anyone in this forum is familiar with the unmoved mover notion but that makes this easier to understand. I am a scientist, a chemist to be exact. I have a very hard time believing that all of these mathematical coincidences could have formed randomly. The way all sciences interact and are related boggles my mind. So I believe something had to start it all off with at least a basic blue print before saying "Ok reality. Do your thing." Just my opinion.

That is just because people can't just realize that Catholics are the best and the rest of you suck the devil's balls.

I understand that. It is hard to believe that human life as we know it was created by some jumbled jackpot of science and random chance. Everything seems to fit to well for it all be coincidental. However most of my reasons for not believing in god is due to all the negative things that happen on our earth, I don't believe a god would torment his own people with something they could not handle.

Even if your comment was sarcastic it probably was a poor choice to do so.
It will probably not only offend some people but as he said start a heated debate.

Well, then shouldn't we allow to cool it down by not replying to it!
