I just got done watching a show on the history channel about December 21st, 2012, it was very interesting and got me thinking a lot about it. Please share your thoughts about the so called apocalypse here.

The history channel is a joke!! It wasn't like this before. Now most of the stuff they pass is religion based. Stories about wars from the bible, decrypting the bible etc...

I highly doubt the world will end on that date, but I think maybe as a result of nothing happening again(Y2K) people will be less likely to believe stuff,
who knows maybe the government may release a virus and kill 1/3 of the population in 2012

Haha, one of my goals before that time is to get in a good relationship and possibly get laid. Hopefully it doesn't end. I read an interesting article about how the top 10 theories for it have been disproven, aside from the Mayan calendar.

Nothing is going to happen. Also ^ Swine flu was also an "epidemic" in the 70's but no one remembers now because nothing happened.

I like watching history channel when its like modern marvels and sometimes "thats impossible" or w/e but half the time now is some bullshit bible stories taken to teh xtreme for cable tv

also, if you think about it the mayans probably stopped because they can't fucking predict like a million years into the future...

and they could of had another calendar but it might of gotten destroyed when they got owned by conquistadors k

the world won't end we will get some slightly strange weather due to the planets aligning. how much you want to be there will be riots in La due to the idiots that actually believe the world we end on that day.
people will max out there credit cards again like Y2K and there will be some people who will commit crimes because they think the world will end.
