White Castle is country wide and can also be found in the freezer aisle at the store. Culver's is mostly in the middle of the country.

Jack in the Box is in most large cities and has some very good burgers. My favorite burger at one time was a triple cheeseburger with three types of cheese. Their mascot sucks!
