Go to your local apple store and on one of their computers sign in to the site and do a cell phone offer.

Then close the computer and take two steps over to an iphone and write down the code and enter it in the site.

They charge your phone bill when you use your own phone.

At my apple store, there is service on the iphones. Calling, texting, internet, etc.
