alright agamer i joined this 1 too....tried multiple times to upgrade but nothing, so i just posted in their support forum!!!

It would seem the automatic 'free premium' is not working properly... >

If you post your tag to the forums (look for "I'M I DOING SOMETHING WRONG IN FREE PREMIUM?") then the admin will fix it ASAP...
