Since our goal is to maintain a safe and fair gaming experience for all of our users, our Official Rules specifically state: "Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified." As such, we will not be processing any of your recent prize claims.

If you decide to continue to utilize IWON, then we expect that you will fully comply with our Terms of Service and otherwise support us in our efforts to make it one of the safest, most addictive, and most enjoyable gaming experiences on the Web. However, if we determine that your account continues to be utilized to compromise the integrity of the iWon site, games, and/or promotions, then we may forward such matter to relevant law enforcement for prosecution in addition to seeking any other remedies available to us under the law. Actually they CAN do something if they are able to prove it and go through the whole process which would be costly to them. Although like Chewy said they are probably just using it at a scare tactic and won't do anything.

no, if you have never received anything, there is nothing they can do because you are not stealing from them or anything...

Doesn't matter if you got anything or not. They can still bring forth a lawsuit if they were inclined to do so but probably only would if they saw you as a serious threat.

nope. Botting/Macroing is legal in US law, if they did take you to court it'd be a money loss on their end. It'd get thrown out and they'd waste over $600 in lawyer fee's to just show up and give him info. So thus, scare tactic.

Although it's not illegal under law doesn't mean that they can't throw a lawsuit at him. Any automated software used for profit or amusement can get you in trouble. Although they would most likely go after the creator of the software instead of the user of the software. I'm not saying it happens a lot of is going to happen but simply saying it's not illegal under US law doesn't mean you're not at risk.

that lawsuit will be overturned in higher courts according to professionals since the ruling made it seem that legit copies of code to the ram is illegal

Actually, they might do something and if they do, they will win. It's not illegal to use bots, but when you use it to redeem/cheat out of large amounts of cash, it is illegal. IWon is not some big ass company like MS who can afford to lose millions/billions etc. I'm just not sure if they will want to spend the time to pursue a case though.

they'd lose money from it, not gain. It'd be a loss so they wouldn't, unless they are that dumb :X
