Me: On 10/10/2007 I won $50 and not have received the check yet. Why?

iWon: While we appreciate your continued support of IWON, our internal investigation has revealed that you utilized an automated program to win prizes from iWon. Since our goal is to maintain a safe and fair gaming experience for all of our users, our Official Rules specifically state: "Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified." As such, we will not be processing any of your recent prize claims.

If you decide to continue to utilize IWON, then we expect that you will fully comply with our Terms of Service and otherwise support us in our efforts to make it one of the safest, most addictive, and most enjoyable gaming experiences on the Web. However, if we determine that your account continues to be utilized to compromise the integrity of the iWon site, games, and/or promotions, then we may forward such matter to relevant law enforcement for prosecution in addition to seeking any other remedies available to us under the law. If you believe you have received this notice in error, you may contact iWon Customer Service by replying to this message. We trust that this matter is now resolved.
