No, he got the GC from IWon!, and you are talking about a botfor Boomertowne. I can't remember the name of the IWon! bot, I've used it before, but the patched a lot of it and make it easier to get caught using it. Some people are able to sneak through and win still though, it's just getting more and more rare.
