Found this place while trying to optimize my Club Live winnings. My goal is to make 1 million american airlines miles for lifetime gold status. I can do it if i max out 5 Cl accounts for 1 year... only 1.72 million tickets needed :s

I am not sure if the miles you get from CL will apply for that type of membership bracket....i think it is just for the miles as if you were buying them

Thats the beauty of AA-- EVERY mile counts toward the lifetime gold status-- You are correct though, if you want to get regular gold/plat/exec plat you need to actually get fly the miles (gold is 25k miles, or 30 flight segments)...

So, If I make it, I'll go from no status (because I will have flown no miles) to lifetime gold just because my total lifetime miles cross 1 million. There is plenty of chatter about it over on flyertalk if you're at all interested in travel schemes and scams.

*cough* back to all of you-- I donated my 6$ and now have 5 different IP's hammering away for points-- 1.75 million points, at 20 points per game, means I will only have to input a minimum of 87,500 captchas , and at this rate, I have 350 days to get there.
