I get question marks on a lot of things online and i didt before

but its probably a language pack is missing.

the second ones url has .jp in it so im guessing missing Japanese language pack

I'm thinking it is a foreign characters and it doesn't recognize them so it just inserts those. For example the question mark on Neonix's profile are stars and in the picture there they are question marks.
