Hi, I need to access a site through a proxy. Is there a way to configure your internet browser so that its fast and I dont have to go through a proxy site?

im getting:

The proxy server is refusing connections













Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.








* Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.

* Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is
working.

Proxies don't work for all people. eh me. IDK why but i think it had to do with me having a dynamic ip.

Lol.... alright you need to search Google for IP proxies and get the IP of a decent proxy. Then you need to get the Proxy Toolbar addon for FF, and put the IP (and Port) you have gotten! This will take some trial and error as alot of IP proxies are up and down like a prostitute on a Friday night.

do you know any good proxy sites?

EDIT:
Yes I got on one that is fast and I tested it on several Ip address sites and none of them found my real one or could detect a proxy!

exa epends what type o ip u have, if its dynamic or static, if its static u can changeur ip and stuff, if dynamic ur just going to totally Fuck up ur connection

a good 1 is youhide.com, its safe and secure unlike others, u'll see wat i mean when u use it, + it has the scripts so u can actually log into site and stuff unlike most proxies
