I am going to reformat my PC soon. Where can I find the files Firefox saves my passwords and bookmarks in?

In Firefox 2, select Export OPML or Import OPML from the Bookmark Manager's File menu. In Firefox 3, select Export OPML or Import OPML from the Bookmark window's "Import and Backup" menu.

for passwords, i don't know how

C:\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\Application Data\Mozilla
