I have a pay pal account with money on it, $212. Alas i have not verified it, and won't be able to. Is there any way i could get the money off of it?
My vast googling came up with nothing but geting someone else to verify it for me, but i do not really trust that..

Use a VCC.

Having more than 1 paypal at any time with the same type is against their TOS and grounds for Limitations,
ex you can only have 1 personal and 1 premier/business account
not two of any

American needs a CC and Bank account attached to be verified

You can get a vcc in many places, but places that take paypal is very limited now due to chargebacks and all that stuff, so most of the vcc sellers only take other forms

there are places that allow online bank accounts, I have never tried these, but there is no reason why they wouldnt work (Except that ones I searched up is that you cant withdraw transfer to it)

Why didnt you think of this before opening the account?
and as a caution if you send a high amount with unverified to an unverified thers a very high chance that it will ask you to verify and such

Can't you get verified by sending a copy of a bill thats in your name? or is that just address verification... anywho I'm sure there's a few re-loadable giftcatd/debitcards that paypal may accept like *cough http://www.trucards.com/ cough* you then should be able to get verified. Even then most banks allow savings accounts to be opened at any age above 13, add that and get verified.

you can buy a prepaid cc from someone here that has like 1-2 dollars on it that has not been registered and then pay them a few dollars for it after you are verified

You cannot verify a PayPal account using a VCC (Virtual Credit Card) or Prepaid Visa Card. However, these can be used to increase the sending limit from $0.00 to $10,000.00. I believe this is what Gibson had done.

In order to do so, you will need to buy the card/card number from either a retail store or an online store. Next, you add the number to your PayPal account.

PayPal will charge $1.95 from your card for verification purposes. Check your card balance and transaction; under the PayPal charge, you should see a 4-digit code. Return to your PayPal account and input the code on the credit card page for confirmation.

Congratulations! Your account is now able to send money - up to $10,000, that is.
