Alright, i'm a noob at this, bear with me.

I've been trying to find a proxy that I don't have to pay for so I can log into things that aren't myspace. I've done some searching around here and it seems http proxies work, and I found a site with a bunch of ips for http proxies, but I have no idea how to use them.

Am I going in the completely wrong direction, or what? If someone could help me out it would be appreciated.

I assume you use FF. If not, let me know and I'll find the guide. HTTP proxies are slow, just remember.

Only use them if you have to. If you can find a webbased proxy it is much better.
