Default Im a noob!
ok i just got a new website and hosting from hosting lagoon i jsut got the smallest package (hosting and such) its not alot so dont worry about that i basically got it so i could mess around before i make an actual web page.

So my question is where do i go to imput a Joomla template.
Or
to enter in html coding so that i will show on my main page?

im sure ill have more ?'s but thats it for now

u upload ur .htm/.html files to ur FTP with an FTP program

FTP is a file hosting site used for primarily file hosting, but can also be used for websites.

ok i downloaded fireftp and it asks for account name?
im not sure what that is i tried my login name my ftp url my wesite url
what exatly is it?

Ok, you should have done some simple research on starting a site, what hosting website did you use? In the future I suggest Hostgator?...and take look at this site...... http://w3schools.com/default.asp
