megaupload offers happy hour between 9pm and 3am est. Just install their toolbar into ie or something and activate it once a night.

I have heard of doing something with making a paypal and gettin a free rs account. I don't know any other ways besides phishing. I know rs does Happy Hours though, not exactly sure what hours.
